It's an informal gathering for art lovers and collectors, this coming May 10 & 11!
Open Studios is almost here!
May 10 & 11 from 11 am to 5 pm in San Mateo, California
SVOS is a San Francisco Peninsula springtime tradition. Every year a map is published as a guide to all of the 340 participating artists in the area who are exhibiting. People travel from site to site, exploring and learning and maybe even finding something to take home.
My studio is located at Site 3, Peninsula Studios, 1022 North Idaho Street on the Burlingame-San Mateo border. It’s an industrial space that was renovated for artists.
Here is a preview of a few of my pieces that will be on view and for purchase, ranging from large canvases to drawings and watercolor. They are all explorations. Some are based on letterform, others work with woven space or the figure. There are drawings and small paintings, plus gift items with my artwork reproduced on ceramic, silk, canvas, and paper.
